This page explains the main principles in a readable format. It should be read together with other policies or notices shown for specific WebNigerians features.
Using WebNigerians
You must use WebNigerians lawfully, honestly and in a way that does not harm other members, the platform or third parties.
You are responsible for the information you submit, the content you publish and the activity carried out through your account.
- Keep your account details accurate and secure.
- Do not impersonate another person, business or organisation.
- Do not use the platform for fraud, spam, harassment, hate, unlawful activity or malicious software.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy and other legal rights.
Accounts and eligibility
Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
WebNigerians may restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, misuse platform systems or create material risk for other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By publishing content on WebNigerians, you give the platform the permissions reasonably required to host, display, distribute and technically process that content as part of the service.
You should only upload or publish material you have the right to use.
- Posts, articles, comments, community discussions and profile information may be visible to other users depending on the feature and privacy setting.
- Shared links and previews may be processed so WebNigerians can display useful titles, images and descriptions.
Communities and conversations
Communities and discussions are intended for useful, respectful participation. Moderation may be applied to content that breaches community standards, these Terms or applicable law.
Paid plans and digital tools
Some WebNigerians features may be offered through paid plans. Pricing, quotas and included features are shown before purchase and may differ by plan.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to payment processing.
- Free membership may include community access and selected non-AI utilities.
- AI-enabled tools, higher limits or premium identity features may require an eligible paid plan.
- Plan limits, renewal information and current pricing should be reviewed on the Pricing and Billing pages.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, scrape protected information at abusive scale, bypass access controls, overload the service, manipulate engagement systems or use WebNigerians to distribute deceptive or harmful material.
Third-party services and links
WebNigerians may connect to or display third-party websites, services and content. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. WebNigerians is not responsible for third-party services simply because they are linked from the platform.
Changes and availability
Features may be improved, replaced, limited or discontinued as the platform evolves. These Terms may also be updated. When changes are material, the updated date on this page will be revised.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the WebNigerians Help or Contact channels available on the website.
