Transfer: Eaglets ex-star, Amoo closes in on Cyprus move

Former Golden Eaglets forward, Akinkunmi Amoo is closing in on a move to Cypriot club, Omonia Nicosia.

According to Fotbolldirekt.se, Omonia Nicosia have reached agreement with Danish SuperLiga side, FC Copenhagen for his transfer.

Amoo had trial training with Omonia Nicosia in July.

It’s still unclear what the transfer fee will be, as well as the length of the contract.

The Cypriot transfer window will close this Friday.

The 21-year-old joined Copenhagen from Swedish side, Hammarby IF in 2020.
